Rajiv Gosain

Rajiv Gosain has worked as a Senior Executive with international experience of 15+ years in Structured Trade Finance. Rajiv Gosain received his B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering (1985) & Masters Degree in Management Science (1986) from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersey, USA.

Rajiv Gosain is currently working as a co-founder in C.I.S. Acquisition Corporation: New York January 2007. Rajiv Gosain is also working as a consultant in Monaco Group LLC: St. Louis, USA, February 2006.

Rajiv Gosain also worked as a Finance & Legal Consultant in Institute of Material Trading Gmbh: Ahlen, Germany in December 2005. Prior to this he was working as an Investment Advisor in Visualize Limited: Port Louis, Mauritius, September 2000-2004. Rajiv Gosain was Interim Managing Director in Techinvest India Limited: New Delhi, India from April 1999 to August 2000.

Rajiv Gosain was a consultant to the russian ministry of finance from (1996-99). Mr. Rajiv Gosain was Director of Business Development in InterGest (India) International Ltd. New Delhi, India & Mascow, Russia (1992-1995). He has formulated and executed innovative business ventures between the German Treuhandanstault, Russia, India & other ex-Comecon emerging markets for government sponsored economic trade development through sovereign debt swaps, barter/link deals, structured trade finance and clearing currency denominated Exim operations.

Rajiv Gosain had Interacted with Eximbank, EBRD, OPIC, USAID, CDC, KFW. COFACE & other international multinational institutional lenders. Rajiv Gosain was also System Analyst in the Intratec Group Ltd; New Delhi, NY, 1986-1989. He was responsible for supervising City of New York governmental accounts & creating VAR relationships with system integrators.

Rajiv Gosain was consultant to the Russian Ministry of Finance, The committee of the Russian Federation on Precious Metals & Gems and to Gokhran, the Russian State fund of Precious Metals & Gems. Rajiv Gosain was elected to ETA Kappa Nu, National Engineering Nonor Society.
